The functions "Increase Servant Storage" and "Increase Craft Essence Storage" within the "Shop" are designed to expand the storage capacity of the Spirit Origin List rather than the possession slots for Servants/Craft Essences.
Please check the expanded storage slots you have exchanged for yourself.

*The possession slots in the "Spirit Origin List" and the storage slots in the "Spirit Origin Room" are different.
